About Bonnie Hughes

Bonnie, a southern girl from Mississippi, fell in love with this area after visiting the Smoky Mountains for the first time in 1985. Shortly thereafter she left a career in civil service to follow her dreams to live in this beautiful place of East Tennessee. One day in 1991 she discovered a place called Tellico Village. Well, she fell in love again. Soon she built a home in Tellico Village, obtained her real estate license, and has been selling in Tellico Village and the surrounding area ever since. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, she is personable. She is a great listener and will always look out for your best interest. Her motto is “Always treat people the way you would want to be treated.” Whether you are looking to buy or wanting to sell, you can depend on her.
